These Terms of Service govern your use of Portfolio Studio. By creating an account or purchasing a plan, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

1. The service

Portfolio Studio lets you create a professional portfolio, generate PDF exports, and optionally publish a hosted public page, according to the plan you purchase.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate account information and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.

3. Plans and payments

• Prices are shown in USD unless otherwise stated.
• One-time plans grant the stated one-time entitlements (for example, one PDF export and/or one fixed publication).
• Monthly plans renew automatically until cancelled.
• Payments are processed by PayPal. You authorize recurring charges for monthly plans until you cancel.
• Cancellation stops future renewals; access continues through the already-paid period.

4. Your content

You retain ownership of the content you upload. You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display that content as needed to provide the service, including PDF generation and public publishing when you choose those features.

You must not upload unlawful, infringing, or abusive content.

5. Acceptable use

You may not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with other users, reverse engineer the platform beyond what the law allows, or use the service for spam or illegal activity.

6. Availability

We aim to keep the service reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Features may change as the product evolves.

7. Disclaimers

The service is provided “as is” to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that a portfolio or PDF will produce any particular employment outcome.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Portfolio Studio is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for amounts exceeding the fees you paid to us for the service in the three months before the claim.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or create security/legal risk. You may stop using the service and request account deletion by contacting kapanadze.dev@gmail.com.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms. The “Last updated” date will change when we do. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
